Ocono VACUFLEX GmbH specialises in high-quality plastic hoses, technical connection solutions and customised hose systems for demanding applications. Drawing on extensive development expertise, a clear focus on OEMs and production facilities in Germany and China, the company creates solutions that convincingly combine technical precision, application-specific design and reliable quality. The focus is on hoses with steel spirals, hoses with plastic spirals, profiled hoses and matching connection solutions, which can be designed to be screw-on or permanently attached to the hose. This results in systems that are not conceived in isolation, but are consistently tailored to the application, function and installation situation.
We specialise in the development, manufacture and distribution of plastic hoses and hose assemblies. Since 1953, we have been producing highly flexible, spiral-reinforced hoses, sleeves and assemblies made from thermoplastics for a wide range of industrial and technical applications. Our product range extends from standard solutions to customised special designs in various colours, materials and technical specifications.
One of our key areas of focus is OEM expertise. We see ourselves as a development partner to industry and create bespoke solutions as well as customised mass-produced products based on advanced process engineering. This also includes extensive expertise in injection moulding, enabling us to precisely match fittings and connectors to the hose, application and system environment. This close alignment with the application forms the basis for solutions that are not only technically suitable but also function reliably in processes, machines and equipment.

Production, Locations & Team
Ocono VACUFLEX combines its roots in Mörfelden-Walldorf with an international production structure. In addition to its site in Germany, the company has production and representative offices in China. Furthermore, a new central warehouse with a total area of 3,700 m² was built in 2025. This setup brings the company closer to its markets, expands capacity and strengthens its ability to reliably implement quality standards internationally. The day-to-day work is carried out by a team that combines technical expertise, an understanding of quality and practical experience.

At Ocono VACUFLEX, quality is a consistent benchmark throughout development, production and testing. Preliminary test series, checks integrated into the manufacturing process, and final testing and inspection procedures ensure that products not only meet theoretical standards but also perform reliably and consistently in practice. This is underpinned by testing in accordance with DIN standards, internal standards and customer-specific specifications. This commitment is supported by a certified quality management system. Ocono VACUFLEX operates in accordance with ISO 9001 and combines technical diligence with a clear focus on process reliability, material quality and application reliability.
